This is the changelog for the regimail Thunderbird Add-On.

Please note that the regify Thunderbird Add-On was part of the regular regify client (Changelog) since 2010. From 2025, the Add-On is no longer relying on locally installed regify client. Instead, the Thunderbird Add-On is now a standalone product and it's changelog is presented here.

2026-02-15 / Thunderbird Add-On V1.2.2.155

Patch release

• Fix: Fixed decrypted attachments kept in your configured download location upon viewing (Thunderbird saves copies).
• Fix: Enhanced stability for encrypting regimails (occasional failure on slow internet connections).
• Fix: Hide regimail product info if login credentials are already given.
• Fix: Disable right click on several dialog elements to reduce confusion for users.

• New: Enhanced the viewing of attachments, now offering a "view" or "save as" dialog.
• Fix: Sometimes, opened attachments from regimails stayed in default Thunderbird "Save as" folder (which is Desktop by default).

• New: The RGF file detection is more robust.

• Fix: If other Add-Ons needed more than 5 seconds to finish for sending, a timeout error was displayed. Timeout is now 20 seconds.
