I want to open attached files, but nothing happens
There is a known bug in Thunderbird which causes issues if the built-in PDF viewer is in use. Go to Thunderbird settings -> Files & Attachments and find the affected file type (eg PDF). Now select to use a specific viewer instead of "Preview in Thunderbird" or set to "Always ask".
Instead of opening the file using regify, Thunderbird starts another program?
Instead of double clicking the attached RGF file, please select the email and click the "regimail" button in the top toolbar to decrypt the regimail.
